DIRECTIONS TO THE PALISADES CENTER Shopping Mall From NJ, PA & DE   Get to the Garden State Parkway and go North. You will stay on the Parkway until it ends, which is Exit 172. You will be heading into New York, and will see a WELCOME TO NEW YORK sign. Once in New York, take the first exit towards New York City. There is a sign saying Exits 14-1. Stay in the left lane of this 2-lane exit. You want to head towards Route 87. You then take Exit 12. It says something like PALISADES center. Once at the mall, goto Parking Lot J, next to the Home Depot.   From Upstate NY   I-390 North towards the New York State Thruway. Take the I-90/ROUTE 253/THRUWAY/LEHIGH STATION ROAD Exit. Keep LEFT at the fork in the ramp. Merge onto ROUTE I-90 EAST. Take the I-690 Route 690 Exit. Keep RIGHT at the fork in the ramp. Merge onto Route I-690 EAST. Take I-81 SOUTH RAMP towards CORTLAND. Merge onto Route 81S. Take Route I-84 EAST/I-380 East Ramp towards MILFORD/Mt. Pocono. Merge onto I-380 East. Stay on I-380 East till you hit I-84 East - MILFORD. Get onto I-84 East. You'll be on I-84 East for about 65 miles. Take the US-6 EAST/RT-17 M East Exit and merge onto US-6 East. Take the I-87S Exit towards NEW YORK and merge onto I-87S (New York State Thruway).
