“Fill the Aussie Hat”

This year, the Sunrisers have promised not to collect tuition from the members but that does not mean that we do not need operating funds. Bills have to be paid, and boy there are a ton of bills. The Sunrisers’ management team has vowed not to flat out ask for money, but we will except donations and help by participating in our upcoming fundraisers… One of which is entitled ‘Fill the Aussie Hat.’

The corps is attempting to purchase a new set of Bb horns and even though we have the necessary funds to do so, those funds have to be replaced for the corps’ many other expenses such as corps and truck insurance, truck maintenance, fuel and facilities (indoor and later outdoor) along with other expenses. You all know what it takes to keep this operation up and running. With help from the alumni, friends and other supporters, we have a solid chance of making that happen.
