If you print the Calendar & Detail List and the background colors for the dates and for the Detail List rows are not printing do the following,

• Internet Explorer browsers: Click Tools/ Internet Options/Advanced and in the "Printing" category select "Print background colors and images"
  
  
• Netscape and Firefox browsers: Click File/PageSetup and check off the box labeled "Print Backgound (colors and images)"
