My years with the Sunrisers include :

• 72-92 - Snare
• 93 - Tympani
• 94-96 - Snare
• 97 - Bass (BDAB)
• 98 - Snare

I have marched with the Sunrisers, non-stop, from 1972 until present. During this time, I have gotten to meet an incredible number of wonderful people, both in the Sunrisers and out, and I am proud to say that I am a member of the administration as a Vice President. The Corps means more to me than anything except my family. Since I have never married, the Sunrisers have become my family. I seen the Corps go from minor player in the early 70's to a competitor to a World champion 6 times (7 if you count 89 when we tied and we placed second). I've also had the pleasure of being part of the drumline that has won 6 drum titles, including 3 years where we went undefeated!. I have also been with the corps during its decline, the year we did not field a marching corps and our climb back to becoming a true competitor in 97. While I will cherish the championship years, nothing makes me prouder than my association with the people who have helped bring Sun back from the dead. Thank you!

On a personal level, I have worked for the Department of Defense, Army, at Picatinny Arsenal, as a Contracting officer since 1982. I am unmarried and live in E. Stroudsburg PA.
